Professor Daniel Meltzer of Harvard Law School will speak on Executive Defense of Acts of Congress. Daniel J. Meltzer is the Story Professor of Law and Vice Dean for Planning at Harvard Law School. From 2009-10, Mr. Meltzer served as the Principal Deputy Counsel to the President. His primary scholarly interests are in the fields of federal courts and criminal law, but he has also taught or published in the fields of constitutional law, remedies, and comparative U.S./European federalism.
