This work present several results related with the RPC (Resistive Plate Chambers) time of flight wall of the HADES experiment at the GSI (Darmstadt, Germany). The RPC wall was developed by a collaboration of the Univ. de Santiago de Compostela, LIP-Coimbra, GSI and the IFIC of Valencia in order to provide the low angles region of the HADES spectrometer. The main tasks performed in this work are related with the technical analysis of the behavior of the detectors were different improvements have been done related with the calibration and the particle identification. The reconstruction algorithm for charged particles called TimTrack has been extended to be used in non-linear cases and has been applied to the MDC chambers of the HADES s...
