This report based on implementation of HR policies for the employees in Star Computer Systems Limited that provides to increase the skills and capacity of its employees. In this report, I have gone through the overall HR policy for the employees of SCSL that increase the efficiency and knowledge of themselves and utilize the resources properly for which they can play a big role for the success of the organization.Now new technology is booming up recent years. SCSL creates new technological skill people under Hi-tech Park & IDB supervision. New IT experts are coming every year from SCSL & has fulfilled the demand of IT technical. Bangladesh is a regenerative country, which is growing, making its presence in the global forum. Moreover it is one of the countries that are looked upon as the next growth centre. So let us be conscious about the fact that there is a regenerative Bangladesh, creative Bangladesh, path breaking Bangladesh.
