[[abstract]]It is well established that under uv irradiation Fe(Co)5 catalyzed hydrosilylation of olefins proceeds via either an olefin complex intermediate followed by oxidative addition of HSiR3, or a hydrido-silyl complex which then takes up the olefin on further dissociation of carbonyls [1-4]. Both cases result in the formation of (olefin)(H)Fe(SiR3)(CO)3, which is considered to be the catalytic species but has not been isolated.[[fileno]]2010311010036[[department]]化學
