In this chapter, findings from a collaborative self-study of teacher educators working within professional development school (PSD) or professional partnership site contexts are explored. The complexities and tensions involved in building and strengthening school-university partnerships and the navigation and emphasis on relationship building are described. The role of liaisons and partnership building are considered as pivotal factors of inputs with a view toward cultivating high quality teachers
