Office Building and Roadway Design for the Tiny Town Complex Elmore County, Idaho

The Tiny Town Complex is the first step in creating a new town in Elmore County, Idaho. There are two Tiny Town engineering teams, Mighty Sledgehammer Engineering and ZeroδEngineering, charged with designing a complex that includes a school and an office building. The complex is located northeast of Mountain Home, Idaho and is approximately a half mile north of I-84. The total area of the property is 181 acres with the intent for the property to include a residential subdivision in a future expansion. Mighty Sledgehammer Engineering and ZeroδEngineering worked jointly to design the Tiny Town Complex. ZeroδEngineering designed the foundation and masonry structure of a proposed school and were also tasked with providing the complex with potable drinking water for daily use, fire, and other emergency services. Mighty Sledgehammer Engineering designed the foundation and steel structure of a 27,500 square foot office building and were also tasked with designing the transportation system for the complex. In addition to the building designs, Mighty Sledgehammer Engineering and ZeroδEngineering worked together to design a wastewater treatment system for the Tiny Town Complex
