T violation in Lambda(b)->Lambda l(+)l(-) decays with a polarized Lambda

[[abstract]]We study the T violating effects in the baryonic decays of Lambda(b)-->Lambdal(+)l(-) (l = e ,mu) with a polarized Lambda. We show that the transverse Lambda polarizations in these baryonic decays could be as large as 50% in CP violating theories beyond the standard model such as the SUSY models, which can be tested in various future hadron colliders.[[fileno]]2010129010065[[department]]物理
