[[abstract]]The Kramers-Kronig relations are applied to three-beam X-ray diffraction to reveal the relation between diffracted intensity distributions and reflections phases. It is found that the reflection phase can be determined from the initial value of the arc-tangent of the ratio between the KK transformed and the original phase-dependent intensity distributions.[[fileno]]2010105010019[[department]]物理
