[[abstract]]This work is dealing with thermal neutron measurement in a mixed field with CaSO4:Dy thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLD). After leaving the radiation field, the CaSO4 :Dy powders were irradiated with the induced ti-radiation originating from radio-active nuclides 165Dy, 35S and 45Ca in TL phosphors themselves. This self-dose corre-sponds to the neutron fluences and then they were determined by means of measuring the thermoluminescence. The detection limit depends on the content of Dy in CaSO4 and the self-irradiation time as well.[[fileno]]2060131010045[[department]]工程與系統科學
