[[abstract]]The effect of the high temperature annealing treatment on the CaSO4:Dy phosphor with high Na impurity was studied at different annealing temperatures from 100°C to 800°C. The experimental results indicate that there is no difference of the thermoluminescent (TL) output for annealing temperature lower than 400°C, but the TL glow curve, the peak height ratio of the glow curve, and the radiation sensitivity have significant difference for annealing temperature higher than 400°C[[fileno]]2060101010038[[department]]工程與系統科學
