[[abstract]]In this study we investigate the properties of the approximate solutions of fuzzy relation equations for composite operators defined by max-min, Hamacher and its special case, disjunctive sum - conjunctive product. A quasi-Newton method is adopted to find the solutions. Apart from particular issues relevant to individual operators, comparisons among the various operators are made.[[fileno]]2020402010011[[department]]工工
