[[abstract]]©1986 North-Holland-In this paper, we present the design of an internetwork system to connect local area networks as well as public data networks. In this internetwork system, various protocols for efficient and reliable communication among computing devices are provided. The connection of local area networks of gateways are presented and some design issues relating to internetworking are discussed.[[department]]資訊工程學
