[[abstract]]©1982 APS - We have previously introduced a model to calculate many of the properties of 10-100 MeV proton-induced fission of 232Th. Included were the fissionability, spallation product yields, percentage of symmetric and asymmetric fission, the peaks of the charge dispersion curves, and the postfission neutron multiplicity. In this work, that model approach is applied to the p + 238U fissioning system. A comparison of the results calculated from the model to the appropriate experimental data again shows excellent agreement and further justifies the model proposed.[[fileno]]2060216010060[[department]]醫環
