[[abstract]]©1996 AIP - The factors causing a decay in efficiency and a failure of organic LEDs have been reported as the barrier height between hole transport layer (HTL) and indium-tin-oxide (ITO), oxidation of polymer, degradation of metal cathode, recrystallization of HTL, interdiffusion across organic layers, and presence of polymer glass transition. This article reports studies on the factors that cause a damage of the ITO of polymeric LFDs during use. It also proposes a mechanism for the ITO damage.[[fileno]]2020116010069[[department]]化學工程學
