[[abstract]]c2004 AIP - The measurement of charge mobility (μ) and diffusion coefficients (D) of hole (μh, Dh) of conjugated electroluminescent polymers, poly(phenylene vinylene)s and polyfluorenes, using time-of-flight method was discussed. It was found that the charge mobilities were in agreement with those from inflection points of photocurrent transient. Analysis shows that the fitting method allows extracting μ and D from highly dispersive photocurrent transients.[[department]]化學工程學
