[[abstract]]This paper introduces a content-based multi-functional video retrieval (MFVR) system. First, it describes a hierarchical retrieval method and illustrates the system feasibility by two case-studies. Second, it presents the methodology of content analysis based on the different content semantics. Finally, the experiments show the effectiveness of MFVR in generating different summarized video.[[fileno]]2030109030055[[department]]電機工程學
