Crisis and Social Security in Spain

This paper outlines the latest reforms introduced into the Social Security System’s protective actions in order to deduce whether such intense changes allow us to conclude that a Social Security crisis exists. This concept is understood from the perspective of the Social Security being capable, or not, of undertaking its historical mission.
