The purpose of this study was to compare the energy metabolism of upright position and crouching position during wedeln. The subject performed for 3 min at 90 times / min frequency with the two different positions on the ski-trainer. Each trial repeated 3 times in successive 3 days. Oxygen uptake,heart rate and respiration rate were measured throughout the exercise and recovery period. The results of this study were as follows 1).
