Photoluminescence under high power excitation near the threshold for stimulated emission has been measured for the microcrystalline and polycrystalline states of CsPbCl3 films achieved by crystallization from the amorphous phase. Stimulated emission originating from exciton-exciton inelastic collision is observed for both states not only at cryogenic temperature (77K) but also at room temperature (295K9. The threshold excitation power for the stimulated emission is lower for the microcrystalline state than for the polycrystalline state
