In this research, we try to develop teaching materials and devices supporting communication for disabled children. First, teaching material using Visual Basic on personal computer and several input devices for it are discussed. However, for children who cannot understand the words, these are not available. So, we consider the development of radio controlled toys and an input device using acceleration sensor, BD adaptor with infrared detector and sound device which can both record and replay
