The Intention on Correspondence of Individual Self -Governing of the Large－Sized Retail Stores Law

In recent years, the correspondence to the problem on a living environment and the correspondence to promotion of a planned community improvement are called for with opening a shop of a large-sized store.Then, this paper studied about Large-Sized Retail Stores Law and the original criterions of individual self-governing that correspondence to individual self-governing of local cities all over the country (164). At first, it is show that the diffference and the features of the Large-Sized Retail Stores Law (1973) and the Large-Sized Retail Stores Law (1999). Next, the actual situation of individual self-governing body is investigated. And it analyzes based on the investigation. Finally, the consciousness of individual self-governing body, correspondence, and a future subject are showed that the Large-Sized Retail Stores Law (1999)and the original criterions of individual self-governing
