Annealing behavior of cold-condensed amorphous films prepared by two-sources vacuum evaporation have been investigated both for a multi-layer TlCl/CuCl system for their single-layer mixed system. Annealing of the films produced stable crystalline TlCl/CuCl multi-layer films for the former system, and CuCl microcrystals densely dispersed in crystalline TlCl films for the latter system. The present experiments are suggested to be applicable to in situ observation of solid state reaction in a film as well as to the preparation multi-layer films
