A new system for millimeter and submillimeter wave ESR has been developed in Fukui University using the gyrotrons from the “Gyrotron FU series” as radiation sources. In contrast to the previous system which was operational from 30 K to room temperature the new one covers the interval between 4.2 K and 90 K. In this report a detailed description of the system developed well as some results of experiments for investigation of MnF2 are presented
