We carried out trial manufacture research of the high-efficient thermoelectric power generation element by the small temperature difference using the if possible cheap material. The change of the thermoelectric proper as the ratio of Fe and Si of the iron silicates changes was compared and was examined. In addition, it is reported, because the change of the thermoelectric property of thermoelectric device in adding Bi, Mn, Co, etc. to the material as an impurity was compared and was examined. As the result, the good and characteristic thermoelectric power generation element was most Fe3Si in the change of the ratio. And, FeSi2In10% was the best in the result of impurity doping
