In order to clarify the permeation precess of hydrogen through palladium menbrane around room temprature, the diffusion coeficient D, of hydroge in palladium was mesured by usin the electrochemical stripping method. The temperature dependence of Dn was given by 3.09x10^-7(m^2/s)exp(-22.0(kJ/mol)RT). Hydrogen analysis was done for the palladium specimens polarized cathodically and holded in atmosphere at room temperature. Hydroge, which was introduced into the specimen by cathodic polarizaiton, was degassed by the holding. The degassin process of hydrogen was found to be not fast
