The long heralded publication at Easter 2002 of the Third Edition of the Roman Missal (hereafter RM3) is another milestone in the period of the forty years since the publication of \u27Sacrosanctum Concilium\u27, the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy (hereafter CSL) of the Second Vatican Council with its principles guiding the reform and renewal of the liturgy.
