A trip to Birlirr Ngawiyiwu Catholic School by The University of Notre Dame Australia School of Education, Broome has uncovered a collection of local artwork that will now play a significant role in the Campus’ upcoming Barrgana Series. The Barrgana Series hosts a variety of art and discussions relating to life in the Kimberley. From June 1 to 23 the Ringer Soak community will now add their chapter entitled, Kundat Djaru, to this ongoing story. One of the features of this year’s event is the diversity of topics covered with Kimberley art, books, environmental issues and football all set to be discussed in the relaxed atmosphere of the Broome Campus library gallery space.
