A research project focused on The transition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students into higher education has won a significant grant for The University of Notre Dame Australia’s Nulungu Centre for Indigenous Studies. Recently announced by the Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC), the $220,000 grant will fund the Nulungu project which will contribute to the ‘body of work around the transition of underrepresented Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students into higher education’.
