A study of two approaches for planning business information systems strategies

The paper describes two planning approaches to prepare the business computer systems strategies, which the author has actually used for specific companies. Then, they are being compared based upon a series of criteria, and a useful set of guidelines for effective use of two approaches are being proposed for the readers, who may use either approaches
