The purpose of this paper is to examine programing education using ICT (Information and Communication Technology). First, the education of image-processing programming using Open-DX, a visual program, is considered. The visualization tool Open-DX displays the image by combining various functions and visual programs according to user's usage. Next, the VOD-type (Video on Demand-type) lecture contents for studying how to use Open-DX were prepared. The creation of e-Learning contents also became the teacher's FD activity
