This research is aimed to quantitate and characterize the subtypes of tumour infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), in particular the presence of FoxP3+ Tregs in different grades of oral squamous cell carcinoma using monospecific antibody staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
