There has been a growing interest in Saudi Arabia about identification of factors associated with maternal satisfaction at primary health care Level. Maternal health care in Saudi Arabia is developing fast with multiple governmental and independent service providers. Reducing maternal morbidity and mortality rate in Saudi Arabia was one of the main goal for MOH (Ministry Of Health). In last report during 2007 maternal mortality rate reduced to 1.46% and total number of normal deliveries ware 77.4% comparing to abnormal deliveries of 22.6%.
