Identification Of Factors Associated With Maternal Satisfaction With Primary Health Care Center In Riyadh CITY

There has been a growing interest in Saudi Arabia about identification of factors associated with maternal satisfaction at primary health care Level. Maternal health care in Saudi Arabia is developing fast with multiple governmental and independent service providers. Reducing maternal morbidity and mortality rate in Saudi Arabia was one of the main goal for MOH (Ministry Of Health). In last report during 2007 maternal mortality rate reduced to 1.46% and total number of normal deliveries ware 77.4% comparing to abnormal deliveries of 22.6%. The highest percentage of out patient visits indicated ware cases of gynecological and obstetrics. The aim of this study is identification of factors associated with maternal satisfaction at primary health care centers in Riyadh City. The study was conducted at three settings namely , the primary health care center in King Fahd National Guard Hospital Riyadh Saudi Arabia, two tools were used, first the socio – demographic data characteristics and client satisfaction inventory.
