Educational development Project & Its Effect on Staff and Student’s Performance Quality

Aim of the study: To evaluate the opinion of academic staff and their assistance at faculty of Nursing / Ain shams University toward Faculty Leader Development Project (FLDP). Method : Tool of data collection: Arabic questionnaire contain open and closed ended questions. Sample: 76 staff and their assistance . Conclusion: It can be concluded that the majority of the staff benefited from the programs in form of increasing awareness about the potential needs for continuous improvement in acquisition of professional skills in education to nourish the teaching methodology and improve the educational outcomes. So results recommending meticulous assessment of staff professional needs and educational challenges before conduction of such this program
