Spinal injuries occur frequently as a result of trauma, and their diagnosis, pathomorphological pattern and treatment have been extensively reported in the medical literature. However, in some cases un-common mechanisms of spine can be observed. It is unclear whether these factures are rare or under-diagnosed. Accident reconstruction is an important tool to investigate crashes, to determine their probable cause, and to make recommendations to prevent them and/or mitigate the severity of the accidents and resulting injuries. In this paper a case study of the many cases studied will be discussed in details to demonstrate our method. The knowledge from the injury reconstruction can be used to better understand the injury mechanics behind sp...
