The study of high orders of partial differential equations with variable coefficients in different regions in coordinates were done by several mathematicians, as N Rajabov , A..C.Sattarov,A..Nacim Adeeb ,A.jello, etal, So that, in this research, we studied 4th order of partial differential equation which differs from the last studied equations by its coefficients. Through studying this equation we put conditions on these coefficients to get unique solution in different cases that depend on these conditions. These conditions were summarized and put in five theories
