A survey of plant nematodes associated with different crops in Unayzah governorate was carried out during the 1416/ 1417A. H. growing season. The studied region was divided into four locations. A total of 168 plant and soil samples were collected . Nematodes in samples were extracted in the laboratory and identified. Results indicated the presence of 13 plant nematode genera associated with 12 fruits crop, 12 genera associated with 14 vegetable crops and also 12 genera associated with 6 field crops. Most of these genera were recorded for the first time on their mentioned hosts. Subanguina radicecola was recorded, for the first time in the Kingdom, to be associated with wheat and barley
