Attitude and self-satisfaction towards complete denture treatment was assessed by means of a questionnaire distributed to treated patients. The degree of satisfaction was evaluated after a minimum post-insertion period of three months by assessing various factors that affect denture treatment success and acceptance. One hundred and forty patients were considered, all of whom received complete maxillary and mandibular denture treatments among a large spectrum of patients attending King Saud University dental clinics, The self-expressed degree of satisfaction was correlated with that technically evaluated by the specialists.
