Cancer is one of the most dreaded diseases. It is a major threat to human life. All over the world 12 million people were diagnosed with cancer, and 7.6 million people died because of cancer diseases in 20081. Odiously medical treatment and drugs currently on the market are not efficient enough. More over potent drug are not only internalized by cancer cell but also by healthy cells and tissues with consequent cellular toxicity and severe side effects2. For these reasons cancer treatment is still one of the most problematic treatments. Although a lot of progress has been made on this topic, there is still not an optimal therapy available. A non-invasive approach of drug administration is desirable, and is widely studied in combination with nanotechnologies.
