Pour savoir si ces caractéristiques étaient conservées dans le poisson zèbre, nous avons analysé les endosmes SARA dans le neuroépithélium : 1. Les endosomes SARA1 sont une sous-population des endosomes précoces. 2. l'inactivation de SARA1 engendre un phénotype neurogénique. 3. Il existe trois type de lignages: n•n, n•p, and p•p. 4.
