Some queries propounded to the Common-Councell, and citizens of London, concerning the armies demand of having the militia of London of the 4th of May changed.: Wherein the unreasonablenesse and great danger of that proposall, and the justifiablenesse of the cities refusall both in law and conscience, are fully demonstrated.

Londons desire and direction to all her dear, and to some of her discontented children, never more indangering their mothers and their own peace, then by the desire thereof upon unsound grounds. Laid down in some reasons, counsells, and cautions given to the subscribers, and the many thousands willing to subscribe; if the pretence for peace were answered by their expression in their petition for accommodation.
