Published by order of the committee, to which the consideration of the proposal is referred. Advertisement. The following proposal, with the objections, answers, and other papers relating thereunto, having been considered by the committee of Parliament, were ordered to be printed: to the end, that all persons, who have any other objections to make, might give in the same to the clerk of the committee, against their next meeting: Which is to be upon the 18 day of this instant July 1693.
