The study of planktic foraminifera assemblages across the Early/Middle Eocene in the Anoz and Agost sections allows to recognize the following biozones and subzones: Acarinma pentacamerata Biozone, Subbotina boweri Subzone and Truncorotaloides praetopilensis Subzone, in the Early Eocene, and Hantkenina nuttalli Biozone, Hantkenina nuttalli Subzone and Clobigerapsis subconglobata Subzone in the Middle Eocene. The quantitative study shows one warning trend across the Early/Middle Eocene boundar
