The up-lift is one of active karst control factor. However, examples of inactive preterits structures in the east coast of Majorca Island could be direct relation with up-lift and fracturation. Regionally, post-Miocene up-lift have not influenced in the paleocollapase structures genesis because the sinking was controlled by the lithology. Therefore, analysing 1304 fractures in the Santanyí carbonate platform these show three great groups with different genesis and chronology. One group shows a dominant direction toward NOSE. The second group is orientated to NE-SO. And the last one is lineated to E-O and N-S, may be related with genesis of paleocollapas
