En esta comunicación, se analiza qué utilidad práctica puede tener la televisión en el aula, con respecto a la didáctica de la Historia. Para ello se realiza una valoración de los principales programas televisivos destinados, en un principio, a la divulgación del conocimiento histórico. Esto se lleva a cabo mediante el análisis de algunos de los que se consideran más importantes. En la investigación, se plantea, con una actitud crítica, el modo en el que estos programas abordan el estudio de la Historia.
