This paper investigates the origins and uses of the pronoun \u27vos\u27 and its forms in Central America. I analyze the history of the voseo from Latin to Old Spanish to modern Spanish. The second section outlines the verbal forms of the voseo and their uses. The last section is a regional breakdown of how vos is used compared to other pronouns in the different countries of Central America
