Design Dancing:facilitation of performance in co-creation

In Creative cooperation and co-creation is often obstructed by different perception of design and innovation, inexperience in design and the lack of a common ground for dynamic interaction and tangible tools to support the creative process. This is a problem because it leads to miscommunication and lower the benefits of team design as a matter of integration and transformation which benefit from a diversity of input through interdisciplinary design. This paper describes a design style approach to research as a continuous process of trial and error with the idea of creating and demonstrating a generic design tool for facilitation of co-creation. At visual model of design as a system in the form of a structured framework including all parameters in design has shown to poses use capacity to support co-creation in teams of participants inexperienced in design. The research is dealing with facilitation and improvement of participant performance in design.
