I det følgende angives indledningsvis det ligningssystem der danner grundlag for den numeriske 1øsning af todimensionale stationære varmeledningsproblemer . Programmet "temp2d" til 1øsning af ligningssystemet er angivet i appendix. Herefter følger en redegørelse for hvorledes den geometriske beskrivelse af beregningsområdet foretages sammen med beskrivelsen af såvel materialeegenskaber som de randbetingelser, der kan indgå. Endelig følger en beskrivelse af input- og outputstørrelser, der anvendes i programmet "temp2d" og der afsluttes med et gennemregnet eksempel
