Background: Finding the most effective way to improve implantation rate in women who are receiving assisted reproductive technology treatment is still a challenge. Objective: This study aimed to assess the pregnancy outcomes of intrauterine platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy in women with a history of at least 2 implantation failures.
