Instrumentos de investigación cualitativa para el relevamiento de guiones agroturísticos

The research allows for the generation of knowledge to address specific issues. Among the operational positions in tourism, the tour guide stands out due to the relevance of their role as an ambassador of the destination. As part of their professional competencies, tour guides must have knowledge of specific topics related to aspects such as geography, history, culture, and the nature of the destination, demonstrating logical and articulated reasoning. However, technical and professional information that tour guides can access for the development of scripts is limited, especially for specific areas such as agrotourism. This qualitative research proposes instruments to facilitate the task of gathering information for the design of agrotourism scripts, providing support for the technical and operational work of the guide. Through a bibliographic search from various sources and our own contributions, different instruments are presented for use in the fieldwork. This study is part of the expected results in the R+D+I project "Sensory Agrotourism in the Integral Farm of UTB: Guiding Design Based on the Perception of the Senses and Promotional Website" at the Technical University of Babahoyo.La investigación permite generar conocimiento para dar respuesta a problemáticas específicas. Entre los puestos operativos en turismo destaca el guía turístico debido a la relevancia de su rol al ser embajador del destino. Como parte de sus competencias profesionales el guía turístico debe conocer acerca de temas específicos en aspectos como geografía, historia, cultura y naturaleza del destino demostrando una argumentación lógica y articulada. Sin embargo, es escasa la información técnico – profesional a la que el guía turístico puede acceder para la estructuración de guiones, aún más de carácter específico como en el caso del agroturismo. La presente investigación de tipo cualitativa propone instrumentos que faciliten la tarea del relevamiento de información al diseñar guiones agroturísticos, constituyéndose en un apoyo al trabajo técnico operativo del guía. Mediante la búsqueda bibliográfica de diversas fuentes y aportes propios se presentan los diferentes instrumentos para ser utilizados en el trabajo de campo.
