The incorporation of labour migration into the labour market poses major challenges for both the host state and the state of origin of the refugee and forced migrant. It is a global problem that requires international solutions. The International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) are leading the international protection of refugee rights and the promotion of social justice and labour rights for forced migrants.
